To reset your password, first navigate to the standard login page by visiting your normal SOMA web URL.

You should see a button beneath login entitled Forgot Password? - click this

The page will adjust slightly, displaying fields to enter your username and then enter it a second time for confirmation. Do this now and then press SUBMIT.

Now, check that email address (including spam) for a link to reset your password. The email could take up to five minutes to deliver, but is typically less than two.

Clicking on the link will take you to another form which has fields for resetting and confirming the reset of your password.
