βHUB: Unit Log
Users can now check the Hub monthly activity log and change the date range for whatever time period needed. Example 01/01/2020-08/31/2020 and see, print and review the units call stats from that time frame.
Monitor: Unit Dispatch Log
Users of monitor can find a dispatch log for a unit by clicking on that unit in the
unit column layout mode with in monitor.
Involvement Includes Ethnicity: The Involvement information now includes the ethnicity information of the subject
Status Information Clears when Checked in and Checked out: In the the previous Version the status of the units available/ unavailable stayed with the unit when checked in and checked out, it will now clear the status when the user checks out and then back in, and show available with no status definition.
Print Recent call list: The recent call list will now print all pages that include the recent calls on the view seen by the user.
Separate the status change button on units: Prior to the change we made, the button was connected with no gap, the change allows for less likely to click the wrong area and allow for faster transaction on automatic status changes
Schedule Calls show in Military Time:
Copy Schema Function: If an admin with rights to build and change schemas can now copy and paste schemas if they find most data that they need and components are similar can be used in the copied schema with minimal change
Disabled Units will no longer show in your Drop Down List: prior to this change you would see units that were disabled on the drop down list of users to assign to a record, now you will only see and be able to chose active users in the system
Agencies, unit type are grouped together: Now you will see all of the same agency units grouped together in the list view
Default Current user to the field of the user component: In this release your will see an image of a person beside user components that can be clicked and will automatically populate the logged in users account to be added.
Record Owner is now seen on the record: The person who creates the record is now shown on the bottom of the record, that is beside the last updated date of the record and by whom it was updated by.
