Step-by-step guide
The SOMA Records application will automatically open to the Master Data.
A New Name Record can be added by clicking the '+ New Name' button on the upper right side of the page
or the universal '+ New' drop Down menu on the upper left side of the page.
Records can be viewed or updated by clicking the 'right arrow' next to the record
and adding new information or editing existing information.
Records of Persons can be filtered by Adult or Juvenile and/or by Birthdate, date of Employment, or date of Last Arrest, within a date range selected on the calendar.
Records can also be viewed or sorted by clicking any of the titles in the table. Ex. Name, Alias, Race, Gender, etc. These options are determined and configured by your System Administrator.
