SOMA Records features configurable and extensible Call Records.

Step-by-step guide

  1. A New Call Record can be created by clicking the '+ New Call' button on the upper right side of the page

    or the universal '+ New' drop down menu on the upper left side of the page.

  2. Call Records can be viewed by clicking the 'right arrow' next to the record.

    From here, new information can be added to a record or existing information edited.

  3. Results can be filtered by a Call Date range by selecting the appropriate dates in the calendar. They can also be filtered by the user who created the call.

  4. Call Record results can be sorted by Call Number, Call Type, Area, etc. by clicking the titles in the table. These options are determined and configured by your System Administrator.
