Step-by-step guide
A new Civil Paper Record can be created by clicking the '+ New Civil Paper' button on the upper right side of the page
or the universal '+ New' drop down menu on the upper left side of the page.
Creating a new Civil Paper will automatically be assigned a Paper Number.
Civil Paper Records can be viewed by clicking the 'right arrow' next to the record.
From here, new information can be added to a record or existing information edited.
Records can be searched by date range by selecting the appropriate dates in the calendar. Examples of date range types are Paper Date, Court Date/Time, and Served Date/Time.
Results can be sorted by clicking the titles in the table. Ex. Paper Number, Date, Served, Case Number, etc. These options are determined and configured by your System Administrator.
