DISPATCH
Suggested Units In Monitor Not Working The Same As In Active Calls
Audience: Dispatchers
As a dispatcher, you can set up dispatch plans, including routes and rotations to your calls. When you add information to monitor calls, this same information will be displayed on your active calls. This update will increase your productibility and performance by letting you set up routes and rotations that will allow you to utilize your time more efficiently.
Latitude/Longitude Is Missing If Creating A Call From Map
Audience: Dispatchers
As a dispatcher, you can now create a call from the map that includes the latitude and longitude. This improvement is beneficial to provide accurate calls’ location and more prompt response for officer safety purposes.
Unit And Calls Layer Priority
Audience: Dispatchers
As a dispatcher, you can see your call and unit layers at all times. We added the feature enhancement that organizes the layers, so the call service is always on top, and the unit service is always next. This improvement is crucial because it will prevent any other layer from sitting on top of one of the calls or unit layers and hiding them.
Upper Case Abbreviations Does Not Add Details When Adding A Person To A Call
Audience: Dispatchers
As a dispatcher, you can add a person’s record such as DOB, gender, and race details in upper and lower case letters from the command line. This is helpful because you can ensure that the information you enter will be accurately saved in the person’s record for future searches.
ADMIN
Area Location From Map Layer Default To Default Area If Not Found In The Area List
Audience: System Users/Administrators
In Dispatch Admin, we added a new feature where if the area in a layer is not present in the areas lists, the call will take the default area if one exists. This new upgrade is substantial because it allows a default area set up in admin, so any missing area can still be mapped.
HUB
Clicking Down Or Up Arrow When Filtering
Audience: System User
As a system user, you can move up and down on the chat participants' search window. So after this upgrade, if you type a name and hit up or down, the search is still effective. This feature is helpful because you can find participants faster and use your time more effectively.
SOLVE
Solve Set Lead Investigator Button Fix
Audience: Investigators/Detectives
As Investigators/Detectives, you will only have one lead investigator per case in SOLVE. This improvement is significant because it will help you keep your case more organized as the lead investigator.
Add Activity Log For Case User Updates
Audience: Investigators/Detectives
As Investigators/Detectives, in SOLVE, you have the option to update the user's role and have it displayed in the activity log. This upgrade will allow you to assign different roles or duties to investigators working on a case while keeping track of their involvements.
