DISPATCH
Update Latitude/Longitude Color Display
Audience: Dispatchers
In the Dispatch application, you can take advantage of the Latitude/Longitude color display adjustments. This improvement will help you obtain Latitude/Longitude quickly to be more accurate and efficient while performing your dispatcher's duties, mainly to keep the officer's safety.
Automated Paired Calls Maintain Correct Call Type When Switched to Active Calls
Audience: Dispatchers
When joining an automated paired call as a dispatcher, you can create a call and assign a type at any location without changing the call type. For example, when you create both calls, the call will retain its call type if you join the paired call.
DISPATCHER & MOBILE
Ability To Type Date And Time In Scheduled Calls
Audience: Dispatchers and Mobile Users
As a Dispatcher and Mobile User, you can click on the hamburger menu, then on the schedule calls, then on the create a new call; next, you can add the information you want to update the scheduled call's date and time. This change is beneficial because you can type or choose a specific date and time from the pick option if you need to plan for a future event.
Monitor View - Hamburger Menu & Flag Toggle Effect
Audience: Dispatchers and Mobile Users
As a Dispatcher or Mobile User, you can have a default section in the sidebar menu for Saved Monitor Views after your super Admin gives the required permission in your agency's tab monitor layouts in Dispatch and Mobile fields. This improvement is essential because now you can save the view you like and use different ones depending on your assignment for that day.
*This requires a configuration: Admin at the agency level. The Save Monitor Layout should be checked in Dispatch and Mobile. See below:
MOBILE
Audible Call Information Notifications
Audience: Mobile Users
In the Mobile application, you will receive audible call information notifications. Before this enhancement, you only heard "new call received"; however, now you will receive the actual call information. In addition, if another officer creates an emergency call, you hear the notification and get the officer's location plus the call information.
