Navigate To An Incident Report

Audience: Dispatchers and Mobile Users

Dispatcher and Mobile Users can navigate to an incident record generated to a call. For example, click on the linked incident report in the Dispatch application. It will open up in the Records application in a new tab, and the incident number will match the record from the linked incident report previously selected in Dispatch. This update will help you effectively navigate applications and obtain the required information to handle calls.

Recent Calls Table Column Clicks Should Sort Table Elements

Dispatchers and Mobile Users can sort calls by their headers such as call type, location, priority, call number, etc. This enhancement will improve productivity and allow you to search for specific information to complete your calls.

Recent Calls - Add Report Number Filter & Selection Dialog

Audience: Dispatchers and Mobile Users

You can navigate incident reports from the recent call window as a Dispatcher or Mobile User. Also, you can filter on incident report numbers, and if there is no incident report, you can create one from the recent call screen.
