You access Soma Hub by typing your State or your agency code followed by a period aka dot, add Soma hub.io, and hit enter.

Once the website loads, enter your name and password.

If you forget or need to reset your password, click on the reset password and enter/confirm your email address, and hit submit.

An email will arrive in your inbox from notify@somahub.io where you will see a blue box with a reset password to click to set a new password.

Note: Standard complex rules apply to uppercase and lowercase letters, 1 number, 1 symbol, and at least 7 characters long.

If you are a mobile user, you also need to check in. So click on the profile menu at the top right of the screen. Click on check-in. Enter mileage if required and click on check-in, and now I show available, and I see currently checked in.

Note: As a mobile unit, you must have an assignment to check-in. You should contact a system administrator if the system indicates that you do not have a unit assignment.

Also, use the profile menu to log out. It's vital that users log out and not just close the browser; closing the browser does not log you out, and someone else could open the browser and use your credentials within a short period of time. Mobile users need to check out and then you need to log out. Everyone needs to log out. The browser will open to the login page. Then, you can close your browser.

SOMA Hub and Widgets

SOMA Widgets are insights into reports assigned by the admin person to groups. Groups may have different widgets since dispatch users might need to see how many hang-up calls and total calls were handled while mobile users might need to see how many approved or unapproved reports are in the system.

The title of the widget at the top indicates what the report represents. Then, click on the widget title to access the record to see the data, opening SOMA Records in a new tab on your browser.

The totals on the widgets are controlled by the admin's time period.

Interact with the widget by putting the mouse over the circles on a line graph or one of the columns on a column chart to see the totals for each time period.
