The SOMA Hub is the landing spot upon signing into the SOMA system.

SOMA Widgets are insights into reports assigned by the admin person to groups. SOMA Widgets are insights into reports assigned by the admin person to groups. Groups may have different widgets since dispatch users might need to see how many hang-up calls and total calls were handled while mobile users might need to see how many approved or unapproved reports are in the system.

The title of the widget at the top indicates what the report represents.

The totals on the widgets are controlled by the admin's time period.

Interact with the widget by putting the mouse over the circles on a line graph or one of the columns on a column chart to see the totals for each time period.

Then, click on the widget title to access the record to see the data, opening SOMA Records in a new tab on your browser.
