To access SOMA Help and Support, go to your profile and click on Help and Support.
Anyone can submit a question to our team by clicking the "Send Us a Question" button. Our policy at SOMA is to respond to any message within five minutes.
Users can search for help in articles by typing the topic in the Search Articles box.
The search feature can also be used to find various topics for the different applications. Current and new release notes and tutorials are also located here. When new releases are available, a "New Features" option will show up in the user profile menu and will disappear once the items are reviewed.
Once you click on the New Features, it will not appear again, however, users can see the Previous, Current and New Release Notes in Help and Support.
