Audience: Dispatchers

As a dispatcher, you can associate a complainant with an existing person's record. This feature will allow you to enter a new caller's information and match it faster with an existing one. As a result, the matched data will be populated in the caller's information field for high-speed communication among your response team in the dispatch application.

A fix was made on the Layout Locked/Unlocked Feature New Active Call Layout Screen in the dispatch application. After some testing, an issue was identified with the Layout locked/unlocked feature for the New Active Call Layout Screen. The issue was resolved, and the feature works the same as it does in the Default Active Call Layout, so dispatchers can lock and unlock their screens. The benefit of the feature is that when locked, the display can not be moved around accidentally.
