Please review the full release notes in the link below:

ADMIN

Assigning Units To A Base Of Operation

Audience: System Administrator

As a system admin, you can assign units to a base of operation in the Admin application. To do this, you must already have built bases in the platform. This new feature will allow you to plan and assign units to their base of operation for a faster response.

*This requires you to have "Bases" already built into the platform.

Editing Base Of Operation

Audience: System Administrator

As a system admin, you can edit the base of operation of your agency's units in the Admin application. To do this, you must already have built bases in the platform. This new feature will help you adjust your agency's plans by updating units with new bases of operations.

*This requires you to have "Bases" already built into the platform.

DISPATCH

Active Call - Reinsert Doesn't Work When Unit Was Ad Hoc Requested And Not Dispatched Via

Audience: Dispatchers

As a dispatcher, you can now have the option to update unit rotations outside of a dispatch plan. This improvement allows you to adjust unit rotations by reinserting or canceling units manually. In addition, this is beneficial because you are in control of making your own changes to unit rotations when the situation requires it.

Updating In-Quarters/Relocating Sub Statuses For Available/Unavailable Units

Audience: Dispatchers

As a dispatcher, you can update the unit's status from available to unavailable, relocating, and in-quarters through a dialogue box. Before this upgrade, you could only access that dialogue box if the unit was on a call. This improvement will let you see these updates' status across the application as you make changes so that you can handle calls much faster. Also, the updates will show on mobile.

Command Line - XC Doesn't Allow You To Select The Common Place

Audience: Dispatchers

As a dispatcher, you can use the command line to select a new location for the call's primary location. Food example, if you have a primary location displayed under the call info section, then by entering the command XC -a in the command line, you can update that primary location to a new one. This refinement will be helpful because you can use the command line to select a new location for the call's primary location and reduce the response time.

See the image bellow:

Command Line - Don't Hide Content If User Focus Leaves Command Line

Audience: Dispatchers

As a dispatcher, you can have several command lines opened and work on them simultaneously. Before this upgrade, if you were to start typing information in a command line but switched focus to a different command line, the information would disappear from that command line and so on. This upgrade helps you multi-task by searching for additional information at once and be more efficient while handling calls.

Monitor - Unit Location Is Overlapping With Status

Audience: Dispatchers

As a dispatcher, you can clearly see the unit's card displaying the unit's location and status in the monitor view. This upgrade makes identifying the units' status and locations easier so you can dispatch calls more efficiently.

RECORDS

Update SplitName Function To Allow For Alternate Cases Of Jr And Sr

Audience: System User

In Records, as a system user, you can enter suffixes using lower and uppercase letters. Also, we added new options such as V, VI, and VII. This enhancement helps enter names accurately, so searching names by other users will be much easier.
