Procedures might only be on a select few call types such as bomb threat, armed robbery, etc., or on all call types depending on the setup by the system admin. The second tab on the top left side of the screen will turn red when there is an active Procedure.

There are a variety of procedures that can be set up. There is a read-only version where the user reads the procedures and enters the answers into comments or there is a form version where the user enters the information directly into the procedure and the information will be viewable to other users in the form.

Like all other components on Active Call, the Procedures tab can be moved wherever you want on the screen and resized.
