Clicking on the location history tab will have boxes to both prior incident reports and past calls.

Each box will have the priority of the call, the call type, the call or Incident number, location, and date of the call. Additionally, incident report boxes will have the reporting unit, while the call box will have what time the first unit arrived on-scene.

Clicking on an Incident Report will open SOMA Records in a new browser tab and open the incident. Close the records tab or click on the dispatch tab to return to SOMA dispatch.

Meanwhile clicking on the box associated to a Past Call will open the Calls module in SOMA records, so that users can review the call.
