Open Alert Details When Clicking On An Alert
Audience: System Users
As a system user, you can click on the alert messages and get the alerts' details. Then, when you have the alert message, and a search hit on that alert, the search tab will open by clicking the pop-out icon, and you can see all the call's details. This improvement is helpful so as a system user, you can get the information related to the alert you are inquiring about with just a click.
DISPATCH
Dispatch Settings Admin - Inform/Queries pulling in hard coded Call Types
Audience: Dispatch Supervisors
As dispatch supervisors, you can set up a query based on the called type, so you can receive alerts when a search occurs for the selected call types. This improvement will allow you to be notified of specific call types when you set up call-type alerts in the Dispatch settings under inquire/query.
