Active Call - Add Action To Timestamp An Activity
Audience: Dispatchers
As a dispatcher, you can track units' activities and record the events by using the new Call Log/Unit Activity added to the Active Call Controls section. This new Call Log/Unit Activity will be helpful so you can keep track of your units' activities and call log records for effective deployment of resources for peak efficiency.
Active Call - Move/Minimize The Unavailable Fake Button
Audience: Dispatchers
As a dispatcher, you will notice the Unavailable Action button less prominent on the Active Call screen. This is because the Unavailable Action button was changed to text and moved under the terminal status underneath the Call Control information. This change is helpful, so you have a better user experience by only displaying the necessary action buttons.
MOBILE
Preference For Navigation After Call Clearing
Audience: Mobile Users
As a Mobile User, you can enjoy the benefit of our new preference, which allows you to stay on Active Call or navigate to Monitor after you are cleared from a call. This change is helpful because you can select from the Display Settings dialogue box if you want to stay in Active Call or route to Monitor after being cleared from a call.
