Audience: Dispatchers

As a dispatcher, you can have the unit number listed in the call’s transporting comment section. This new highlight will help you to keep important information documented to show transparency for each transport.

Audience: Records Administrator

As a Records Administrator, you have the chance to know which dispatch plan is used to suggest units for calls. This new feature is helpful for your records because the dispatch plan information will be displayed and recorded under the call’s records information for data analysis, finding resources, identifying shortfalls, and improving your dispatch resources for more effective responses.
