Audience: Dispatchers

As a dispatcher, you can receive unit and user suggestions based on their capabilities. For example, if you have a dispatch plan that triggers required capabilities such as spike strip and Spanish to fulfill this plan, then the system will give you the suggested units and users with the capabilities you need. This improvement is beneficial because now you can have units and users suggested to fulfill your dispatch plan for a faster response.

Audience: Dispatchers

As a dispatcher, you can now sort in the unit column view by specific order, such as area ascending and descending, service ascending and descending, status ascending and descending, etc. This improvement will allow you to list in a specific order for a more effective selection while handling your calls.

As a dispatcher, you can utilize the ESC button to close the drawer when the call details drawer is opened in Monitor. This update will help you to use your time more effectively because you can close the drawer without using your mouse.

As a dispatcher, you can benefit from the new improvement made to our Dispatch application that will automatically update the unit's location if they are en route. This improvement is helpful and time-saving for dispatchers because they won't have to manually update the unit's location when en route.
