Audience: Dispatchers

In Monitor view, as a dispatcher, you can check in and out units with capabilities whether they are a multi-jurisdiction unit or current agency unit. This improvement is very helpful especially if you are working in a multi-jurisdictional capacity and need to handle calls using units with capabilities from different agencies to respond to the calls.

Audience: Dispatchers

In Monitor view, dispatchers can sort units in the unit column by Bases. For example, you can sort units by descending or ascending team names, if users don’t have a team name, they just go to the bottom of the list. This new feature will allow you to perform your duties as dispatcher faster to reduce response times.
