ADMIN
Audit Log - Field Updates
Audience: System Administrator
As a System Administrator, you can utilize the new two fields (Outcome and Date) added to the Audit Log to comply with the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS). This addition can be found under Admin > Manage Agency > Audit Logs. This addition is beneficial, so your agency can comply with the central repository of criminal history records.
RECORDS
PCSOFL - Records - Default Filters on Table View To Always Be On
Audience: System Administrator
As a System User, you can benefit from the set default Table View filters that will always be on. For example, if you are in Records, the Table View filters will be on automatically, so you don’t have to reopen them. This improvement will help you search for information more efficiently and perform your duties more effectively.
DISPATCH
Command Line - Enable/Disable Condition
Audience: Dispatchers
You can enable or disable a condition from the Command Line as a Dispatcher. You can toggle on and off conditions, so the effect on Calls can be modified to handle your calls adeptly. For example, when setting the Admin application's conditions, you can toggle them on or off from Command Line using the condition's key.
