ADMIN

Advanced HUB Out Of State Tag Query Parameter Layout

Audience: System Users

As a System User, you can utilize the advanced search field and run your search by entering the out-of-state license plate. This improvement will allow you to reduce the time when conducting queries even though you can still enter the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), but it is no longer a required field.

DISPATCH

Recent Calls - Reduce API Endpoint Calls

Audience: Dispatchers

As a Dispatcher, you can reduce the number of API Calls from the Recent Calls component by submitting only the search request criteria you need. Now, you can select multiple dropdowns and add call location, priority, date, etc. There is only more automated ping down and refresh data if you clear the criteria, and the system will provide the most twenty-five 25 Recent Calls.

Command Line - US Command With Base Variable Has Issue With Sensitivity And Shared Agency Updates

Audience: Dispatchers

As a Dispatcher, you can update the unit’s base through the Command Line in a Multi-jurisdictional tenant utilizing all uppercase, all lowercase, or a combination. This change will help you to dispatch units faster since you will not have to worry about case sensitivity while updating the unit’s base in the Command Line.

MOBILE

Add Indicator If Involvements Are Associated To An Active Call

Audience: Mobile Users

As a Mobile User, you can benefit from the indicator added to the information tab if involvements are associated with your call. This improvement will help you know if additional information is related to your call, so you can navigate to view it and handle your call successfully.

DISPATCH/MOBILE

Active Call - Update Persons Card Content To Increase Value Of Content

Audience: Dispatchers/Mobile User

As a Dispatcher or Mobile User, you can see updated information regarding the Person's involvement card content across the Dispatch - Active Calls, Monitor Calls, and Mobile - Active Calls. This upgrade will help users to have updated and consistent information across the platform for more accuracy when handling calls.

RECORDS

Display Related Resource Validation Errors

Audience: System Users

As a System User, when you utilize the related resources in the Records application and validate a Resource, the system will display the error message at the top. It will let you know which field to fix to validate your Resource. This update will allow you to validate your Resources faster, so you can utilize your time more efficiently.

Disable Save Button While Record Is Loading

Audience: System Users

As a System User, now you can notice that the Save and Save & Close buttons are disabled while a Record is loading to prevent Data loss. After your Data is loaded, you will see the Save and Save & Close buttons available to save the Record’s correct and most recent information. This improvement is beneficial so that you can save only accurate information for your Records.

JAIL

Boards Sidebar Menu Should Match Functionality

Audience: System Users

As a System User, you can benefit from the associated applications' sidebar menus and navigation to the boards. Now, the Jail application hamburger menu will allow you to link to the hamburger of the board's source application. This improvement will help you to perform your duties more productively and efficiently.
