In the Call Comments section, you can have the Comments to be displayed in two different ways:
Condensed Call Comments
Expanded Call Comments
You can select either option by going into your Profile Icon:
Then, click on Preferences > Display Settings:
When you are in Display Settings, you can select Condense Call Comments or Expanded Call Comments.

Also, you can set a trigger to send a high priority comment to users by clicking the Red Bell so that the users will get a red snackbar notification and/or text message (if configured in user profile)
Note: If you have a Call that is Paired to another Call the Paired Call Link icon will be displayed to send the comment to both calls (LAW, EMS, FIRE). If unselected, then the comment will only display for the current call. See below:
