In 53.1, we added value to SOMA Dispatch, Records, Boards, and Automations. Check out the videos below to review the highlights of this release.

Please review the full release notes in the link below:

DISPATCH

Active Call - Location Information Text Display Is Not Responsive

Audience: Dispatchers

As a Dispatcher working on an Active Call, you can notice that the location information text will increase or decrease depending on the screen size so that you can see more or less location information text. This improvement is helpful, making it easier to read the information and helping you handle calls faster.

RECORDS

NC NIBRS - Add Success Notification And Log The Message Number On The Incident

Audience: System Users

As a System User, you now can obtain a NIBRS submission message, including the Submission number, submission date and time, and any error submission message. This improvement will help you when completing reports and data analysis.

BOARDS

Add A Column Total For Each Column

Audience: System Users

As a System User, you can see the total number of cards in each column on your board. For example, if you move a card to a different column, you can notice the new total number at the top, as shown in the image below. This improvement will help you to easily manage your workflow since you don’t have to scroll down and count to get the total numbers on each column.

AUTOMATIONS

Custom API Trigger Should Not Wait Until Automation Is Done

Audience: System Users

As a System User, you can benefit from the updated HTTP Response. Now, whenever you have an automation with an HTTP response step, the response will be received at the moment in time instead of waiting until the automation is finished processing. So, after the automation is done processing and all the steps are done, the system gives a completed status. This change will be beneficial to increase productivity since the process moves much faster.
