Please review the full release notes in the link below:

ADMIN

Add More Granular Scheduled Calls Permissions & Apply To Frontend in Dispatch & Mobile

Audience: Admin

As an Admin, you can decide the amount of permissions you give to groups. Now, you can choose if you want to give more permissions to one group and fewer permissions to other groups. This improvement will help you to manage your group permissions more efficiently and effectively.

Location Update Batching Optimization

Audience: Admin

As an Admin, you can select the Batch Location Updated in Dispatch Settings and turn on location batching at a 2 second interval. This enhancement makes the Dispatchers’ performance faster when there are a lot of units sending updates, especially for agencies with a lot of units.

MOBILE

Emergency Not Recognizing Unit On A Call

Audience: Mobile User

As a Mobile User, if you activate the Emergency button, the system automatically puts you on an Emergency call type on your Mobile user active call screen. Also, you will have access to a status dialogue box with on-call status choices to update your status. This improvement is very helpful since if you are on an Emergency call, you will be placed on a call and can change your status.

Geovalidation Doesn't Roll Over To ESRI World Locator If You Don't Have Lat/Long

Audience: Mobile User

As a Mobile User, if your global positioning system (GPS) does not connect for any reason, your position will be captured using your agency’s last latitude and longitude saved in the system. This change will help you have an accurate position in the system to respond to calls efficiently while keeping you safe in the field.

AUTOMATIONS

Conditional-Step-Demo

Audience: Admin

As an Admin, you can utilize Conditional Steps to Automations, including the Simple and Advance option. Each option will allow you to have a True or False value. If the result comes as a true value, the Automation will continue to execute the steps inside the Conditional Step. This Automations Conditional Steps addition is beneficial because you can use them in any type of Automations, no matter the trigger saving you time, so you don’t have to make separate Automations.

Transfer-Automation

Audience: System User

As an Admin, you can transfer an Automation from one tenant/environment to another using the new Transfer Automation Action. This improvement will help you reuse Automations and save you long hours of work to recreate already existing Automations.

Code Table Select Step

Audience: System User

As an Admin, you can use the New Automation Step for Code Tables and to gain access to Code Tables throughout the automations. This new step allows you to select from the Code Tables (setting schemas) and use them in your Automations. This addition is beneficial so you can trigger information already in the system and use your time more effectively.
