Multi-Jurisdiction - Sequence an incident Number in the agency of the unit assigned
Audience: Dispatchers and Mobile Users in a Multi-Jurisdiction environment
As a Dispatcher and Mobile User in a Multi-Jurisdiction environment, When the incident number is generated the incident number sequence format will respect the agency incident number format of the unit the number is issued to.
MOBILE
Mobile - Agency B Unit unable to Clear All on a Agency A Call Type
Audience: Mobile Users in Multi-Jurisdiction environment
As a mobile user in a multi-jurisdictional environment, I am able to clear all a call if the following parameters are met: mobile user is part of a group that has the mobile clear all permission, the call type has the Mobile Clear All Setting checked and the mobile use is on the call.
AUTOMATIONS
Automations - If an SQL step UPDATE or INSERT fails then the automation should reflect that
Audience: Automations Users
As an automation administrator, If I use a SQL automation step to update or insert and the Sql returns an error message then the automation log will show the error that occurs inside an SQL step. This allows administrators to know what errors are occurring during SQL steps.
