What’s New in This Version

SOMA Global Version 56.2 includes these new features.

Advanced Widget Detailed View

Hub users are now able to expand a widget in order to see a detailed chart, a table view of the underlying aggregate data, or an optional table view of the underlying raw data, while all other widgets and information is hidden. (We think this is pretty cool)!

Ability to Print the Widget Detailed View

Hub users are now able to print out any detailed widget data.

Show Configured Adjustable Filters

Hub users can now adjust the filters on their data in the detailed widget view so that they can better define the data they are looking at.

Create Dashboard Report Types

Administrators are now able to create a new report type for dashboards in Hub.

Saved Dashboards Now Appear on the Sidebar Menu

Hub users can now access different configured Hub Dashboards in the sidebar menu.

Setting Bulk Upload

Schema administrators are able to bulk upload from a CSV file to my code tables so that they are no longer manually added. This can be turned on/off with a permission.

Call Disposition Filter to Search by Disposition or Code

In Dispatch, we have added the ability to search and filter Call Dispositions by the description and the Key (i.e. Call Complete and CC). This is more efficient when closing calls because you can use the Command Line. Users are no longer required to type the full description in the disposition filter.

Preference for Navigating to Active Call Automatically

Mobile users can now set a preference that allows them to automatically be taken to the Active Call screen when they are dispatched to a call.
