Solve - Case Activity Add User to Each Transaction
As a Detective Supervisor, you can now see who did each transaction on the Case Activity so that you know who added or removed items.
Solve - Tasks Should Show That Assigned User, Task Type, Due Date, and Status are Required
Solve users now see Assigned User, Task Title, Due Date, and Status as required fields.
Solve - Primary Incident Flag
Solve users can now define a primary incident. This is denoted by the yellow shield.
Solve - Add Status Changes to Case Activity
Status changes are now logged on the Case Activity so that there is a historical log of status changes for the case.
Priority Call Comment Notification Preference
Dispatchers now have the ability to mute High Priority Call Comment Notifications in Dispatch. You are still able to use the feature to send pages and text messages to your users without having the notification in dispatch that requires it to be dismissed.
Call Card - Add City to Address
Dispatchers are now able to see the city of the call address on the call card monitor in Monitor Call. You no longer have to open the call to see the full location.
Auto Lock Report Once Approved
Once a report is approved through the approval component, the report will automatically lock. Once the report is locked, no changes can be made to the approved report.
Select Unit for Mobile When Assigned a Team
Mobile users can now pick the unit that they are logging into in Mobile when they are assigned to a team so that they can receive calls for that unit.
