SOMA Global Version 58.3 includes these new features.

Adult Arrest Log with Perms and Juvenile Arrest Log with Perms Added

Records users now have an option for Arrests logs for Adults and Juveniles separately under reports. If your agency would like this turned on please contact your account manager.

Solve - Case Note Add Creator

In Solve, when a new case note is created, you will now also see who created the note as well as the creation date.

Solve - Display Rejection Reason

As a Detective Supervisor in Solve, you can now see the rejection reason listed on the rejected case list.

Command Line - Update Bases Variable

In Dispatch Command Line, the base variable in the US command is more versatile. It recognizes what you are inputting more often.

System Triggered by User Check-in/Out

As an Automations user in Admin, this feature adds a new type of automation (System Triggered) that allows for a check-in and check-out action type. When an automation is created of this type and a user checks in or out it will trigger the automation to run.

System Triggered by User Log-in/Out

This adds a type Log-in/Log-out to the selection for System Triggered Automations. This will trigger when a user logs in/out or switches tenants.

Fixed Via 58.2 Hotfix

Agency Not Getting Texts Upon Call Creation from Dispatch Alerts

Fixed a condition check that checked for the SMS setting on Anonymous users when added to the “Numbers” list in alerts.
