Performance and Speed Enhancements

Our team has been diligently working on performance and speed enhancements across the board. Our hope is that you begin to see these enhancements in the coming sprints.

Dispatch

Generation of Response Times on Call Record

Administrators in Dispatch can now view the time calculated and added to the call record every time a call closes so they can use that data for reporting purposes. They are also accessible on the table view for downloading the CSV to conduct averages. The calculations included are Total Call Time, Call to First Dispatch, Call to First Dispatch Fire, Call to First dispatch EMS, Call to First Onscene Law, Call to First Onscene Fire, and Call to first Onscene EMS. The calculations are in seconds. If you do not see the new added fields to your call record please contact your CAM to have them added for you. This is part 1 of the improvements for response time calculations. Part 2 will include a new schema for individual unit time calculations.

Basic Schema Versioning

We know that mistakes are common when creating or editing schemas. We also know that agencies sometimes need to attest to the state of a schema at a specific point in time. Schema Administrators are now able to see a button option to preview a list of past versions of that schema and the system will indicate which version is currently being used.

Schema Administrators can also view the prior version and now revert to a previous schema version. This would publish this as the newest version of the schema.
