Records

Performance and Speed Enhancements

Our team has been diligently working on performance and speed enhancements across the board. Our hope is that you begin to see these enhancements in the coming sprints.

Dispatch

Generation of Call Unit Activity Schema

Whenever a unit is cleared from a call, a new Call Unit Activity Record should be generated for that unit. If a unit is cleared from a call and is later dispatched again to the same call they will have two unit activity records for that call.

Automations

Invoking User Variable

Automations administrators are now able to access the user that triggered a button automation so that they can use it in a record.

Use the API Key User for Automations Instead of Created User

Checks for an API user by the name of 'Automation Event' in place of the updatedBy user.

Solve

Approve/Reject Review Case Button

Detective Supervisors can now click a button to review Incident Reports when approving or rejecting a Solve case.

Mobile

Allow Multiple Columns in Mobile Monitor

Mobile users can now add multiple columns for Units and Calls in the same way it can be done in Dispatch. This allows users to set up multiple filters to save.
