Records

Performance and Speed Enhancements

Our team has been diligently working on performance and speed enhancements across the board. Our hope is that you begin to see these enhancements in the coming sprints.

Dispatch

Recent Call View Incident Report - Multi-Jurisdiction

Dispatchers in a multi-jurisdictional tennant can now see all Incident Reports already generated in Recent Calls through the Incident button. Dispatchers can use this information to communicate it back to a caller or an officer, if needed. Previously dispatchers were only able to see incident report numbers from their own agency.

Add Primary Unit to Call Record and Calls Unit Activity Record

We recently added Primary Unit info to the Call Record and Call Unit Activity Record. Now dispatchers will know which unit is the primary unit on a call and calls Unit Activity so they know who the primary unit on a call was after the call is closed.

Solve

Add Indicator to Show that a Case Has Been Made in Solve for Incident

Officers will now be able to see if an Incident is already attached to a case in Solve when generating a new case. This will prevent multiple officers from creating duplicate cases for the same incident. Officers will still have the option to create the case if it is needed.

Automations

Failure As An Automations Trigger

Automations administrators can now choose the Automation they would like to monitor for a failure. This adds a feature to catch any errors in a particular automation.

File Transfer Automation Step Error Handling

This enhances the error handling for the File Transfer Automation Step. Now, when a file transfer automation fails, there are now specific reasons given in the Automations Log.
