SOMA Global Version 68.1 includes these new features.

Records

Performance and Speed Enhancements

Our team has been diligently working on performance and speed enhancements across the board. Our hope is that you begin to see these enhancements in the coming sprints.

Admin

Routes and Rotations View of Units and Capabilities

Users in Admin are now able to see the selected units and capabilities in addition to the area on the list view of routes and rotations to allow for easier troubleshooting and building.

Audit for Delete

Admin users can now see in the audit log anytime a record is deleted. This is now in compliance with CJIS requirements.

Close a Solve Case

System Administrators can now designate which user groups are able to delete a case in Solve. This allows them to limit only supervisors to the group that can delete a case.

Dispatch

Assignment List Only List Users with an Assignment

Dispatchers are now able to see only users with an assignment in their assignments list. They no longer need to scroll through a large list of users that do no have assignments.

Dispatcher Alerts - Add “or disposition is” as an option

Dispatch Administrators are now able to send a dispatch alert based on disposition type when the call is closed.

Recent Call Generate Incident Report Multi-Jurisdiction

Dispatchers can now generate the incident report for a primary unit in their respective agency in a multi-jurisdictional environment so that they can generate an incident report after the call is closed.
